Therapeutic journey
Beginning your therapy
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but the first couple of sessions are all about getting to know each other and exploring your concerns. We’ll work together to establish a safe, supportive relationship where you can speak openly and feel heard. You are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to help you reflect, gain insight, and explore what matters most to you.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support, and I aim to make this first step feel as comfortable as possible for you.
My collaborative approach
Therapy works best when it’s collaborative. Together, we’ll explore patterns, emotions, and thoughts that might be holding you back, while also identifying your strengths and resources. Sessions often involve reflection, practical tools, and moments of celebration when progress is made — no matter how small.
