Support when you need it most

Therapy based in Hawkhurst, Kent and Online throughout the UK.

If you’ve found your way here, there may be something in your life that doesn’t feel quite right. You might feel stuck in the same patterns….overthinking, doubting yourself, or reacting in ways you don't fully understand.

I help you understand the patterns in your thoughts, relationships and behaviours- so you can start making meaningful change.

Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting - but you don’t have to face it alone.

My name is Emma, and I offer a space where you can speak openly without judgement, genuinely be understood, and begin to make sense of what's going on beneath the surface. Therapy with me is a place where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or carrying a general sense that something needs to change, we can work together to help you gain clarity, self-understanding, and a stronger sense of self.

My Approach

How we will work together

At the heart of my work is a humanistic belief in your inherent worth and potential. I offer a warm, accepting space where you can pause, reflect, and gently explore your experiences without fear of judgment. Rather than directing you, I walk alongside you, trusting that when you feel heard and understood, growth unfolds naturally. In this way, therapy becomes a space to reconnect with yourself and strengthen your sense of who you are.

You don’t need to have all the answers — just a willingness to begin. I invite you to explore the site, learn more about how I work, and see whether therapy with me feels like the right next step for you.

Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so you can ask questions and see if working together feels right.
